WIIP Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Options & Costs
WIIP offers standard shipping options. Shipping costs are flat rate and will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery Times

  • New Zealand: Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
  • International: Delivery times vary by destination. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
    Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:

  • New Zealand, Australia, South Korea, China, Vietnam, and the USA.
    If your country is not listed, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Customs & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities.

Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. WIIP is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages
WIIP is not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible.

Shipping Delays
Delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control are not the responsibility of WIIP.
