How should I take WIIP supplements?
Take 2 capsules daily with a glass of water. Joint Comfort+ and NMN Boost+ can be taken with or without food. Muscle Relax+ (Magnesium Glycinate) is often taken in the evening to support relaxation and sleep. Always read the label. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare provider.

How long until I feel results from WIIP supplements?
Most people notice subtle changes within 2 to 4 weeks of consistent daily use. Joint Comfort+ (Green Lipped Mussel) typically supports comfort within 4 to 8 weeks. Muscle Relax+ (Magnesium Glycinate) may support relaxation within the first week. Individual responses vary.
What is Green Lipped Mussel and why does WIIP use it?
Green Lipped Mussel (Perna canaliculus) is a marine mollusc unique to New Zealand waters. It naturally contains omega-3 fatty acids and glycosaminoglycans that support joint comfort. WIIP sources from the Waitaki Coast (South Island) and uses a 25:1 concentrate (1,000mg = 25,000mg whole-mussel equivalent), which is why our SKU is named Joint Comfort+. Joint Comfort+ contains shellfish and is not suitable for people with mollusc allergies.
Why Magnesium Glycinate over other forms?
Magnesium Glycinate is bound to the amino acid glycine, which generally improves absorption and is gentler on the digestive system than oxide or citrate forms. Glycine itself supports calm and relaxation. Muscle Relax+ delivers 400mg total elemental magnesium per 2-capsule serving from a dual-source blend: 360mg elemental from magnesium glycinate (1,200mg compound) plus 40mg elemental from magnesium amino acid chelate (200mg compound). Transparent labelling, no proprietary blend.
