How much does shipping cost?

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery times within New Zealand:

  • Auckland: 1–2 business days
  • North Island (outside Auckland): 2–4 business days
  • South Island: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, or extreme weather events. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes! We offer free local pickup at:

Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. We'll send you an email when your order is ready to collect. Please bring your order confirmation email or number.

Do you ship internationally?

WIIP ships to 6 countries internationally. Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout. Follow us on Instagram for updates.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We stand behind every product with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How do I start a return?

  1. Email us at the address listed in the Contact Us section below, including your order number and the reason for your return
  2. We'll confirm your return and provide return shipping instructions
  3. Post the product(s) back to us in their original packaging
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days

What condition do products need to be in for a return?

Products must be returned in their original packaging. Partially used products are eligible for refund under our 30-day guarantee — we want you to have a fair chance to try our supplements before deciding. Heavily used or empty containers may not qualify at our discretion.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item(s). The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?

Yes. If you'd like to exchange for a different WIIP product, mention this in your return email and we'll arrange the exchange. If there's a price difference, we'll either charge or refund the difference accordingly.

What is the recommended dosage for each product?

  • Joint Comfort: Take as directed on the label, preferably with a meal containing some fat to support Vitamin D3 absorption
  • Muscle Relax: Take as directed on the label. Best taken in the evening, 1–2 hours before bed, as magnesium may support relaxation and sleep quality
  • NMN Boost: Take as directed on the label. Best taken in the morning on an empty stomach to align with your body's natural NAD+ circadian rhythm

Are WIIP supplements safe?

WIIP supplements are made in New Zealand to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards using quality-verified ingredients. However, as with any supplement, we recommend:

  • Consulting your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a pre-existing health condition
  • Following the recommended dosage on the product label
  • Discontinuing use and seeking medical advice if you experience any adverse reactions

Can I take WIIP supplements alongside medication?

While our supplements use well-researched, generally safe ingredients, interactions with certain medications are possible. For example:

  • Magnesium may interact with certain antibiotics, bisphosphonates, and blood pressure medications
  • Vitamin D3 may interact with certain heart medications and diuretics
  • Green lipped mussel may interact with blood-thinning medications due to its omega-3 content

Always consult your doctor or pharmacist before combining supplements with prescription medication.

Are your products suitable for vegetarians or vegans?

Please check the individual product labels for allergen and dietary information. Joint Comfort contains green lipped mussel, which is a shellfish product and is not suitable for vegans or those with shellfish allergies. Specific dietary suitability is listed on each product page.

How should I store my supplements?

For optimal potency and shelf life:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
  • Keep the lid tightly closed when not in use
  • Do not store in the bathroom (humidity can degrade certain ingredients)
  • Keep out of reach of children

What is the shelf life of WIIP products?

Each product has an expiry date printed on the packaging. Supplements are best used within this date for full potency. Typically, our products have a shelf life of 18–24 months from the date of manufacture when stored correctly.

Are your products tested for quality?

Yes. WIIP supplements are manufactured to GMP standards in New Zealand. We use quality-verified ingredients with transparent dosing — every active ingredient and its exact amount is listed on the label. No proprietary blends, no hidden doses.

Account & Orders

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, please check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but we'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations if you contact us promptly. Please email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — but you can still return it under our 30-day money-back guarantee.

I received the wrong product or a damaged item. What should I do?

We're sorry about that! Please email us with your order number and a photo of the incorrect or damaged item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible at no cost to you.

Do you offer subscriptions or auto-ship?

We're currently developing a subscription option for customers who want regular deliveries. Stay tuned for updates on our website and Instagram.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as digital payment options available through our Shopify checkout. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
