Refund Policy

Timeframe for Refund Requests

At WIIP, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds will only be processed for products that are returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition. Any products that have been opened or used will not be eligible for a refund. To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer service team, who will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Refund Conditions

Refunds will be granted once the returned product is received and inspected to ensure it meets the conditions for eligibility. If the return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the product was defective or an error occurred with your order. If the product does not meet the return criteria, WIIP reserves the right to deny the refund.

Processing Time for Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. If you do not see the refund after this period, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
